Mix dry rub ingredients together and rub evenly over both sides of ribs. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil, place ribs on top and cover with more foil. Bake for 3 hours and then remove from oven.
To finish ribs at a later time:
Cool ribs, cover and refrigerate until ready to grill.
Take ribs out of refrigerator about 30 minutes before you are ready to finish cooking and brush all over with BBQ sauce. (To finish in the oven follow oven directions below)
To finish on the grill preheat grill to high. Reduce heat to medium-high and place ribs and un-shucked corn directly on grill. Cook 8-10 minutes, turn and cook about 5-7 minutes more.
To make same day:
Increase the oven temperature to 500°F, spread evenly with BBQ sauce and add shucked corn, drizzled with a little oil, to the side of the pan. Return to the oven for 10 minutes.
Allow ribs to rest for 10 minutes before cutting. Meanwhile tear the corner of 2 pouches (454 mL) of UNCLE BEN'STM Sweet & Smokey Flavour Beans to vent, add both pouches to the microwave and cook on high for 2 minutes. Peel back the corn husks (silk threads are easier to remove once cooked and should come away along with the husks). Season corn with butter, salt and pepper as desired, and serve with ribs and beans.
